2. Dropshipping Business Model 2.1. Relationship: You acknowledge and agree that Nova Nourish operates as a dropshipping business using the Wix platform. We source and supply skincare products and women's clothing, including those containing chemicals, from third-party suppliers, including suppliers based in China, and fulfill orders on your behalf using the Wix dropshipping functionality. 2.2. Supplier Terms: You agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Nova Nourish's third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your interactions with suppliers, including but not limited to product quality, shipping delays, or disputes.

3. Product Orders and Sales 3.1. Orders: All orders placed through the Nova Nourish website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud. 3.2. Pricing and Payment: Prices for Nova Nourish products are subject to change without notice. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Credit card/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and Afterpay. 3.3. Shipping: We will make every effort to ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs delays, or natural disasters.

4. Returns and Refunds 4.1. Return Policy: Nova Nourish offers a 14-day return policy for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Eggplant Mud Cream. 4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Product Safety: Nova Nourish takes product safety seriously and endeavors to ensure that all skincare products and women's clothing sold through our platform comply with relevant regulations and standards. However, we make no warranties or representations regarding the safety or efficacy of any product. 5.2. Warnings are provided where applicable.
